Looking for an experienced & responsible to fill position of Profit Centre Head for our Authorised Training Centre For Pro/Wildfire CAD Courses.
Experience of Min 3 to Max 5 Years necessary to be considered preferrably in similar position
Qualification expected would be Graduateship in HR/Science /Commerce/ Arts but not restrictive for candidates with good experience in running training centre & marketing for Training Courses.
Pay-Package would be attractive & will have added performance linked incentives.

Responsibilities will be
1. Organize Effective Marketing on mail & phone for New Student registrations , organize free seminars for introduction to courses
2. Effective Planning of Batches & Training Resources to maximize yield
3. Co-ordination & record maintenance for training activities
4. Setting targets for per month / per quarter & planning marketing activities / resources to meet them
5. Sourcing placement opportunities for candidates & get resumes of outside candidates if required for on-site placements.

This is a senior position & as such holds tremendous potential for further professional & monetory growth.
