While the common Service heads would not report to him directly, he would interact, and coordinate for all activities on the channel. Thus, he is the guardian for the P & L of the concerned channel, and all aspects of the channel needs to be looked after well by him. Thus coordination with Distribution, Sales, Subscription, etc. are all part of his portfolio.

He liaises with the Finance team to arrange for the Funds to run his channel. Raising funds is not a duty, it is simply to help the CFO to understand the funds requirement well in advance
