PHARMACEUTICAL QUALITY CONTROL

PREREQUISITE :
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in chemistry, pharmacy, biochemistry, biotechnology, Microbiology

PROGRAM DURATION : Approx. 6 Weeks

Schedule :

Theory : Monday – Saturday: 2 hours a day (Morning/Evening/ Weekend batches)

Lab hours : 3 hours a day

The Pharmaceutical Quality Control program is a hands-on pharmaceutical analysts program that combines applied chemistry with specific in-depth training in pharmaceutical industry drug analysis. Practical experience in quality control is imparted through skills gained in areas such as raw material testing, in-process testing, finished product testing, method validation, method development techniques and pharmaceutical statistics. Some of the skills acquired during the program include :

Pharmaceutical Drug Analysis
Concepts Analytical Method Development & Validation
Analytical instrumentation (HPLC, GC, Spectroscopy, Dissolution and Wet Analysis like K.F.Titrator etc., complete handling)
GMP Compliance Testing as per international regulatory agencies
Quality control testing (Compendial drug analysis, In-process, Finished-Product and Stability testing)
Analytical Instrumentation
Laboratory GMP compliance
Sampling plans & Statistics

EXAMINATION AND Q.C Analyst Certificate :
Written, oral and practical examinations are mandatory at the end of the course.
The Pharmaceutical Quality Control Analyst Certificate is awarded upon successful completion.
