Sub: Walk-in-Interview for Three DTP Operators, Gr.I, and One Proof Reader (English) and One Proof Reader (Hindi) for approved PAC Programmes
The Department of Education in Science and Mathematics, requires the services of Three DTP Operators, Gr.I,ne Proof Reader (English) and One Proof Reader (Hindi) on contractual basis for PAC approved
 programmes.

The terms and conditions are as under:
1. Qualifications for DTP Operator
Graduate from recognised university and certificate/DiplomaCourse in Desk Top Publishing with three years experience in a reputed Publishing House, preferably in book making.
OR
Higher Secondary and Certificate/Diploma Course in Desk Top
 Publishing with five years experience in a reputed Publishing
 House, preferably in book making.
Computer Skills Essential: Proficiency in Computer Softwares: MS Office,PageMaker.
Desirable: Coral Draw, Photoshop, Math Type 5.2. Proficiency in
 English and Hindi typing.
2. Qualifications for Proof Reader
Graduate with one year’s experience in proof reading and
 proficiency in English or Hindi
3. Emoluments
DTP Operator
 Proof Reader
 Consolidated Rs. 18,000/- p.m.
 Consolidated Rs. 8,100/- p.m.
4. Tenure of Post upto 31st March 2011
5. Test & Date of Interview Walk-in-Interview on 18th November, 2010 at 11 A.M.
6. Venue Room No. 2, Ist Floor, Science Block
 DESM, NCERT, Sri Aurobindo Marg
 New Delhi-110016.
7. Age Preferably below 30 years
 1. Candidates attending the interview would not be paid any TA/DA by the NCERT.
 2. Assignment is purely temporary and it will not confer on him/her any claim for regularemployment in NCERT.
3. The candidates who have already worked in the Council for two years need not apply.
4. Candidates should bring their original certificates and other documents in support of their claimin age, educational qualifications, experience etc. at the time of interview as specified above.
