List of SAP Technical Developments

Reports :
- Designed a ALV Interactive Report which provides details of
sales order. By selecting the sales order on list screen the user
can clear Billing and delivery block in VA02 transaction by
using BAPI.

- Designed an ALV report based on Order History, which will
explain about orders and their respective deliveries details on
daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Developed an OOP-ALV Report which provides details of
deliveries for a customer in particular period in order to analyze
the customers.

Batch Data Conversion :
- Wrote a Interface program to upload Legacy Data for complete
sales cycle starting with VA11 to VF01.

- Wrote a Conversion program to upload Customer data using
Tcode XD01.

- Wrote a Conversion program for MM01 transaction in order to
upload material data.

- Wrote a Conversion program in order to upload different
Vendors information using transaction XK01.

Scripts :
- Modified standard sales order script RVORDER01 in order to
insert a new field at a given position and changed the position of
other fields according to the requirement.

- Designed a script for open items of each customer, in order to
send them the statement about transactions made in the given
period and requesting for the payments.

SmartForm :
- Created a custom layout for Invoice using standard program
RLB_INVOICE. It provides information of condition types of
each material for relevant invoice number. The smartform also
contains each material’s amount, VAT amount and total amount
according to the different condition type.

- Created a SmartForm for an Invoice which shows delivery wise
billing information. It provides payer details, ship-to-party
details, delivery details, invoice details, material number,
description, quantity, price and their total amount according to
VAT tax for relevant customer.
- Created a dialog program showing Item details and their
deliveries for relevant sales order. And whose delivery is not
done, those deliveries can be created using BAPI
