Used tools such as Percentage Method and One-way ANOVA to study and find out the differences among its employees with respect to their age and experience. The assessment was concluded by contributing several suggestions for improvement in various non-technical departments.
Summer project for eight weeks :
A comparative study on ‘Emotional Intelligence’ of Faculty in two Engineering colleges :
Used tools such as Karl Pearson coefficient of correlation, Percentage method and Z Test to study and correlate between the emotional intelligence and productivity among their Faculty with respect to their age and experience. The assessment concluded that the EI of the Faculty is not influenced by age and experience.
