About the Process
Galaxy Surfactants Limited is a process based organization. There are ten high level processes. Business Creation, Conversion, Sourcing, and New Products and Application development (Value Acceleration Process) form the four core processes. Global Customer Delight (GCD) pertaining to Order fulfillment and Supply chain is one of the two integrating processes. The other integrating process is Resource Mobilization & Utiization (RMU).
People Energy (HR), IT & Communication Management, New Business - concepts to execution, and Corporate Governance form the four enabling processes. Value Acceleration Process interacts with the Marketing cell for Product Management and R &D for Product and Application development.

Responsibilities of the Person
The incumbent would be leading the Patent Search sub-process. He would
Be fully Accountable for Performance of the Process & Achievement of the Effectiveness & Efficiency parameters
Know all the aspects of the process and can guide the R & D and application development with respect to possibilities involving patents
Drive the IT initiative to improve the Efficiency of the process
Be Strategizing, implementing, coordinating and planning new initiatives in continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Post Graduation from ND university of Agriculture & Technology, Faizabad in the year 2000 with Horticulture (Vegetable Science).
- Graduation from UP College, Varanasi (Affiliated to Purvanchal University, Jaunpur) in the year 1998 with Agriculture Science.
