About the Process
Galaxy Surfactants Limited is a process based organization. There are ten high level processes. Business Creation, Conversion, Sourcing, and New Products and Application development form the four core processes.
Global Customer Delight (GCD) pertaining to Order fulfillment and Supply chain is one of the two integrating processes. The other integrating process is Resource Mobilization & Utilization (RMU).
People Energy (HR), IT & Communication Management, New Business - concepts to execution, and Corporate Governance form the four enabling processes.
People Energy Process has three sub-processes- People Induction (Recruitment, selection, man-power planning), People Improvement (Competency mapping and assessment, Training and Development, Performance Appraisal), and People Infrastructure (Payroll, climate survey, and reports), each sub-process has a leader. The words in bracket signify the sub-sub-processes.

Responsibilities of the Person
The incumbent would be leading the People Induction sub-process. He would Be fully Accountable for Performance of the Process, People, & Achievement of the Effectiveness & Efficiency parameters (filling up of the vacancies within the agreed time, manpower planning, talent database)
Know all the aspects of the process and can guide process members through own knowledge or expertise available within / outside the organization Drive the IT initiative to improve the Efficiency of the process
Be Strategizing, implementing, coordinating and planning new initiatives in continuous improvement.

Qualifications: Master's degree in HRM
Experience 8+ years experience in HR as a Manager/Senior Manager with hands-on experience in filling positions, inducting new recruits, developing systems for recruitment and selection.
Domain Knowledge
The following functional/domain skills are required for the candidate to perform this role:
Recruitment methods / avenues
Writing clear role descriptions, advertisements, notices, etc.
Demonstrated understanding of the use of technology and systems in recruitment
Knowledge of laws pertaining to employment (e.g. PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.)
Skills
