About the Programme :
Symbiosis has introduced certificate programme in Digital Photogrammetric Mapping & Remote Sensing to meet the demand of trained professional human resource. This programme emphasizes on creating plug and play manpower for Photogrammetric Mapping Industry and is designed by industry professionals to incorporate the quality and standards as desired by the mapping companies. - This Project aim was to create city Base Map for Al-QUASIM Municipality. The city was framed as Suburban/Urban, dense/Semi dense, urban according to geological conditions/population density and photo scales are1 :6500 and, 1:45000 respectively.
This project is one of the prestigious project in the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs(MOMRA),the scope of the project includes vector data compilation, DTM Generation and Ortho photo Preparation is to be carried out by us(Triathlon)only. The Features are captured for 160+ different attributes according to the specifications given by the client. The types of output data are line, polygon and point in DGN.Format at different map scales like 1 :1000,1:10k,1:20k.

Project Description :
- This is completely Planimetric and DTM project. The main objective of the project is to collect the planimetric features like Transport features like Road body street, road body unpaved, road center lines, parking islands, Pedestrian area, tracks, road intersections, paths. Buildings features like building out line, court yards, building under constructions, building plinth, building highest points, Hydro features like, all the water features, Structure features like pole top points and bottom points utility poles, man holes, catch basins, sustaining walls, line barrier walls, fences, wire fences, gates guardrails etc.Vegitation features like Deciduous trees, palm trees, scrub area, grass area, mixed tree area and buses and respective feature texts, Hypso features like Break lines, mass points, form lines, spot heights collected. With the help of all CIP (Contour Interpreted Points) features, contours are generate 2 feet contours and al the checked data and shipped to the client.

- Compile 3d roof details for all buildings taller then 3 stories or 15 meters. Roof may be generalized to exclude smaller roof details such as air conditioner enclosures elevator entrances, chimneys and dormitories and minor architectural deviations in the out line of the roofs.
