Bharat Biotech International Limited, a multidimensional biotechnology company specializes in product-oriented research, development and manufacture of vaccines and bio theraupeutics. Bharat Biotech is in the process of developing new vaccines in collaboration with reputed organizations such as Gates Foundation, PATH, CDC and NIH.

Desired Profile of the Candidate:
The Competencies will include preferably all of the following:
· Aspirants must have keen analytical mind and ability to take quick decisions
· Should have excellent communication skills
· Currently incharge of two or three zones,handling business volume in excess of 300 million annually experience in selling Vaccines
· Ability to handle super speciality products
· Willing to relocate to Corporate office at hyderabad

Qualification:
Post-graduate in life sciences or pharmacy
Past Experience - Biotech/Biopharmaceutical Industry

Desired Work Experience: 12-15 years

Title :
Role of PAI genetic variant and risk of stroke in south Indian Population
Aim and Objectives :
To estimate the nitric oxide level from stroke patients
Role of PAI-1 Genetic variant and risk of stroke
Collection of blood samples from Stroke patients.
Brief Description :
Stroke is a third major cause of death worldwide after heart attack and cancer. Studies have shown the involvement of various gene polymorphisms in the pathophysiology of the stroke. Of these PAI is mainly involved in the fibrinolytic system. We have analyzed the role of PAI 4G/5G polymorphism and stroke risk in South Indian Population. We have found that the 4G is associating with stroke risk compared to controls. This research is useful to detect the stroke risk in individuals bearing risk allele and reduce the burden of getting disease. It is further useful to the researchers in the field of therapeutics to design a drug based on SNPs of genes involved in the pathophysiology of the disease.
