Subject: - Filling up of post of Junior Reception Officer/Senior Reception Officer inthe Secretariat Security Organization, Ministry of Home Affairs, on deputation basis.

The undersigned is directed to state that this Ministry proposes to prepare a panel for filling up the vacancies in the grades of Junior Reception Officer in the Pay Band-1Rs.5200-20200/- (+) Grade Pay of Rs.2400/- and Senior Reception officers in the PayBand-2 Rs.9300-34800/- (+) Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- in the Secretariat SecurityOrganization, Ministry of Home Affairs, on deputation basis. The particulars of theposts, eligibility conditions etc. are given in Annexure-I.
2. The pay of the selected official will be regulated in accordance with the
Department of Personnel and Training Office Memorandum No. 2/29/91-Estt. (Pay-II)dated 5.1.1994, and No.2/6/2009-Estt. (Pay-II) dated 25.02.2009 as amended from timeto time.
3. The period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre postheld immediately proceeding to this appointment in the same or some other Organizationor Department shall ordinarily not exceed three years. The maximum age limit forappointment on deputation shall be 56 years as on closing date of receipt of theapplications.
4. It is requested that wide publicity may be given to the vacancy circular amongst staff working under your administrative control and applications (in duplicate), in theenclosed proforma (Annexure-II), along with attested copies of ACRs for the last fiveyears (including 2009-10) of the officials, who can be spared in the event of theirselection, may please be sent to the undersigned on or before 22nd November, 2010. Applications received after last date or without copies of ACRs. Or other-wise found
incomplete, will not be considered. P.T.O.
5. While forwarding the applications, it may please be verified and certified that the particulars furnished by the applicant are correct and no disciplinary case is eithercontemplated or pending against the official. Besides, the integrity of the applicant mayalso please be certified.
