    Job Description
    Designing, Developing, Updating and Standardizing the deployment of People Capability Modules both Molecule Dependent (MD) and Molecule Independent (MID) keeping in 32-45% Revenue growth
    Ensuring development process is managed economically still with maximum efficacy
    Ensuring the employee starts earning incentive within first three months of recruitment.
    Development of fresh recruits in 15 days time
    Development of employees are monitored and constant developmental inputs are given to make sure that employees are delivering
    Fresh Employee start earning within the fist 3 months
    100% of my employees (who are more than one year old) are at 3 in a scale of 4 in black belt journey by the end of year
    Old Employees earn the incentive (minimum corresponding to 100% target)
    100% MD and MID training modules are available to all the employees conveniently so that he/she can learn effortless whenever and wherever he desires
    Talent pool is available to employees to grow in hierarchy internally in 75% of the cases
    Interact with employees who have been recruited from other competitors and understand the way they take up the development initiative, make necessary improvement in methodology if required
    Interact with all the stake holders on a constant basis through a process to make sure that quality of the inputs are maintained
    Interact with all the stake holders on a constant basis through a process to seek the feedback on quality and efficacy of the programs
    Develop internal capability to make sure that a training module can be developed within a 3-7 days.

    Sales/Marketing Domain knowledge
    Business Acumen (HR for business profits) - Understands the contribution and impact of HR practice on organizational success. Ensures HR practice underpins corporate strategy. Able to analyze and interpret trends, patterns and metrics in the business and translate them into HR planning Detects the external factors that impact on the organization. Focusing on results - Works in partnership with managers to plan and prioritize activities and resources in terms of potential impact and contribution to the business Initiates and manages delivery of major programs and projects of Leads and champions the implementation of significant change activities supporting the strategic goals of the unit. Takes ownership of work and achieves outcomes on time and to appropriate quality.
    Experience – 5-10 years
    Relevant – 2 to 3 yrs and rest in line roles.
