ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY :
1.Name of Organization :BONSAI NETWORKS INDIA PVT. LTD

Role : Sr.engi Team lead for OSS/OMCR/BSS in Project-rollout Nokia System
Primarily responsible for :
- Integration and configuration of sites with help of CM tools. GPRS Links creation in BSC (DX-200 Platform).
- Familiar with all OSS applications like X-term, Alarm Monitoring, Fault Management, CM Editor, CM operation upload, Software manager, Measurement of Administration etc.
- Performing and Coordination with BSS, NSS and other engineers for integration of respective products to OSS, initiating diagnosing all NE’s from OSS like Alarm checking & measurement arrival.
- Maintain Nokia NetAct user management, Administration and preparation shell script using of BSSND for ND reports, making it auto/crond schedule. Installing and configuration of Ends user seats.
- Performing regular health check up of the servers, periodic server offline backup, alarm buffer creation and ensure of system in functionality PM, CM and FM.
- Troubleshooting of Nokia Flexi BSC including BCSU,PCU,MCMU units etc.
- Co-operate with the solution engineer, other Network Operation Centre personnel, manager to understand the solution to be offered and customer needs.
- A-Ter link, A-Link, A-bis signaling links definition and co-ordinate with transmission, RF & switch team in BSC and BTS site rehoming.

- Check the status of new sites integrated, & clearing alarms before handover to MS team.
- Handling of TNMS Tools like BTS (Ultra & Flexi), Q1 creation, Hopper Manager, and Metro HUB Manager to support Field Engineers for remote login.

- Responsible for O&M of GSM (Nokia) network as a OMC(OSS) Engineer, which include BSC, BTS, PCU, OMCR & transmission equipments, routine maintenance & health check.
- Coordination with BSS & NSS engineers for 100% availability of network.
- A-ter link, A-Link, A-bis signaling links definition and support respective engineers.
- BSC and BTS Rehoming.
- Implementing CRN as per the requirement for healthy network.
- NSEI, NSVCI, DAP creation and implementing GPRS/EDGE.

- Responsible for coordination with Switch, BSS operation.
- Technical support (24x7) to Class A corporate customers.
- Creation of SS7 Signallings at MSS end as per utilization basis. Redundant planning of equipment ,media and path
- Network and System surveillance and prepare KPI Report analysis on a daily basis.
- Monitoring the alarms of HLR, MSC and NE’s and escalate the concert department for corrective & preventive action.
- Working expeerince with routers(2600 series), swiches(3500).
