Project details :
One of the largest Petrochemical complexes in Chennai The annual turnover of this company is 50 million US$. They have production facilities for the products Polyols, Propylene glycol & Propylene oxide. They import and trade ISO cyanate. To keep pace with the market demands for faster deliveries and customer service the MPL & SORL operations are fully integrated across two plants through SAP R/3- ERP system.

- Developed a Classical report for RG23-D form for trading invoices
- Closing a PERMIT System according to clients requirement for creation of Cold Work, Hot Work, Vessel Entry, & Earth Excavation permit’s...
- Developed an Interactive ALV report for Customer’s Summary Details.
- Developed an ALV report for Non Moving Items Details.
- Modified standard Purchase Order Layout set, adding company logo and subroutines according to the client requirements
- Modified Invoice Script and the relevant program to assess the 2% CESS impact.
- Creating a BDC recording for uploading Equipment Master Details from Flat file to SAP Tables, by identifying all screens, fields. Data was uploaded from a flat file present on Presentation server using IE01 transactions.

Project Details :
TamilNadu Petro Products Ltd. (TPL) Of SPIC Group, one of the largest Petrochemical complexes, situated in Chennai. The complex produces LAB, Epi-Chloro-Hydride (ECH) and other products
TPL has implemented SAP in MM, PP, PM, SD, FI and QM Modules. Being a process industry, the major developments take place in PP and MM Modules. They have also business data in other applications like Lotus Notes, and MS SQL Server.
- Developed a HR ABAP Report Using LDB for Pay Mode Control Details After processing salary, LNBT Payroll needs to have Pay Mode Control Report to cross verify various modes of payment like Bank, Cash and Settlement.
- Developed a HR ABAP Report Using LDB for Wage Type Details Since this report is going to give a list of employees and total, it is very easy for the PY Administrator for reconciliation.
- Modified Print Program for the relevant SAP SCRIPT to link the User defined table in order to print Purchase Order Details.
- Developed a print program using Smartforms for HR Payroll Payslip as per the client requirements format.
- Developed programs for migrating Sales Order Data from legacy system to the SAP system using BDC CALL Transaction method.
- Uploaded HR Master data from legacy file into mySAP database using CALL Transaction Method.
- Developed a Dialog program for HR Common Upload Details for all Infotypes according to the client requirements
