Job Description
1. Finalize all legal documents pertaining to the group.
2. Ensure interest of the company is adequately protected under all Indian laws. Suggest legal remedies available against problems faced by the company
3. Understand commercial terms of a transaction and draft legal documents accordingly
4. Develop a structural process / method for drafting legal documents which ensures that each step is a linking step with backward and forward linkages well defined
5. Co-ordinate with Advocates / Solicitors regarding the matters of the company and implement the advice obtained from them in our documentation
6. Keep track of the progress of each legal matter and as and when matters to the court come up for hearing ensure advance preparation for the same
7. Attend and understand transactions / meetings pertaining from legal point and coordinate with the Business Development Team and ensure legal interest of the company is protected.
8. Taking necessary legal actions against Bad debts, Cheque bounced cases and recoveries from them
