EXPERIENCE : Min 2-4years experience in Finite Element Analysis software like Ansys, Hypermesh, Abacus, COSMOS , Nastran.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

* To work on Analysis software - SolidWorks Simulation (Cosmos).
* Responsible to handle customer presentation, demos, benchmarks, training and implementation.
* Also responsible to handle Analysis projects on various industrial segments and different analysis requirement like Static, Kinematic, Thermal, Buckling, Optimization, Fatigue, Drop-test, Non-linear, composite materials and Advanced Dynamics.
* Additionally he/she should be able handle CFD simulation.

- Accountable for meshing the components as per industrial approach. (2D with or without geometry, 3D meshing, 1D meshing, CFD meshing, refining topology)

Meshing related Projects
FE Modeling of a rear left door, Front side member of a car using HYPERMESH.
- The scope of the project is to build the FE Model with flow-through mesh for crash-analysis of the rear left door & Front side member of a car
- IGES Geometry of the cross-member is imported
- Necessary geometry cleanup done. Identified the features like bolt-holes and slots
- One layer of washer-mesh generated around the holes and cut-outs
- Remaining areas are meshed using linear quad elements. Less than 5% of tria were used in complex locations.
- Rotating quads are avoided as per requirements. Quality parameters maintained as per requirements
2D meshing of BIW left corner door-lock striker, front cross member using HYPERMESH.
- The scope of the project is to build the FE Model for stress analysis of the left corner door-lock striker, front cross member of a car
- Imported the IGES model and cleaned up the geometry.
- Prepared washer-surfaces around holes and cut-outs.
- Identified the features, slots & bolt-holes
- Generated one-layer of QUAD4 elements around slots & bolt-holes
- Remaining areas are meshed using linear quad elements
- Only QUAD4 elements are generated for the entire model
- Checked for free-edges and duplicates
- Quality parameters maintained according to client requirements

MINI PROJECT :
Title of Project : ANALYSIS ON LUBE OIL SYSYTEMS AND ITS FAILURES
Description : Proactive maintenance has now received worldwide attention as the single most important means of achieving savings unsurpassed by conventional maintenance techniques. This logical first-approach to proactive maintenance study is to implement rigorous contamination control programs for lubrication fluids, hydraulic fluids, coolants, air, and fuel.
FINAL YEAR PROJECT :
Title of Project : JOB SATISFACTION IN TECHNICAL EDUCATION.
Description : Significantly, job satisfaction is very essential to the continuing growth of educational systems around the world and they rank alongside professional knowledge and skills, centre competencies, educational success and performance. This study assessed the difference and relationship between the “male and " teacher's knob satisfaction and their teaching performance. A Questionnaire titled “SOME ASPECTS OF JOB SATISFACTION IN TECHNICAL EDUCATION- CASE STUDY " was used to collect data for the study. While the data for the study was analyzed using multiple statically procedures: mean point value, standard deviation, and variance, Z- test of significance. The survey results revealed that the teacher related sources of job satisfaction seem to have greater impact on teaching performance , as teachers are also dissatisfied with the educational policies and administration , pay and fringe benefits, martial rewards and advancement
