Total Experience : 4 – 6 Years

Relevant Experience : 3years practical development experience

Required Skills :

*Minimum 4 - 6 years of J2EE development experience building web-based applications.

*3 years practical development experience with WebSphere Portal Server, including Portlet Development; Portal Themes, Portal Security, Content Management.

*Experience with Portal architectures, functional components, interfaces, and processes.

*Experience with fundamental Portal navigation and usability techniques.

*Experience with Portlet development and application integration approaches.

*Expertise developing JSR 168/286 Portlets, JSPs and Servlets, SOAP-based Web Services.

*Experience with WebSphere Portlet Factory.

*Experience with work flow creation, authoring template and presentation template creation (WCM).

*Experience in server-side Java/JEE programming, web-based application development (HTML, Javascript, AJAX, XML), JEE Servlet/JSP development experience, JEE framework development.

*Experience (Struts, JSF, Spring, Hibernate, etc.), object-oriented design and related tools (UML, Rational)

*Expertise in integrating J2EE components like EJB, servlets with Portal.

*Experience in applying J2EE security, Concurrency, Transactions, Session Management, J2EE Patterns, and Frameworks to application solutions.
