    Key account abilities : Ensuring implementation of key HSE processes in word and spirit
    Appointing and managing distributors in the allocated territories
    Ensuring trade advocacy for the company
    Dealer Management :-Managing Channel consisting of Traditional Outlets ( Oil Shops & Spare par shops ),Independent Workshops ( Non Franchise Workshops & Franchise Workshops ; viz M&M Tractors & Bajaj ASCs ) & New Format Outlets viz; ITC E Choupal & Metro Cash & Carry etc.
    Conducting Activation :- Fleet Meets , Farmer Meets ,Mechanics Meets , Oil Change Camps & Joint Activation with OE Partners viz., M&M.
    Train & Coach Distributor Sales Team to drive Company Initiatives & Sales processes.
    Tracking competitors' activities
    Prevention of trade mark violations at the point of sale

    Essential Education : Experience: 5-8 years of retail sales work experience and ability to handle medium / large size distributors ( 6 - 20 Crores p.a ) & Distributor sales team management skills is essential. Exposure to category involving influencer handling & rural business is desirable.
    Education : Graduation in any discipline (Preferred BE/B.Tech )with MBA
    Preferred Companies : FMCGs - Marico , Colgate Palmolive & Cadbury, Paints - Asian Paints , ICI , Lubes - Shell & elf & Tyres - Goodyear,MRF, Apollo etc & Agri Marketing companies.
