Position : Senior Executive - Statistics

Work Location : Chennai

Responsibilities

* Lead multiple teams working on complex analytical projects in the wide spectrum of consumer credit business starting from marketing, originations, collections and portfolio management
* Applications include :
* Credit scoring model development to assess credit worthiness of applicants for financing their vehicle purchase through Ford Credit
* Behavior scoring model development to assess risk of customers using a combination of origination and receivables information
* Survival analysis and structural modeling to predict credit losses and profitability
* In-Market scoring model to predict future purchases
* Forecasting models to predict defaults and loss severity
* Applied statistical and data analyses for Ford Credit locations worldwide
* Internal consultation with various departments in Ford Credit and Ford Motor Company

Requirements

* Candidates should have at least 6 years team leading experience as a data modeller using advance Statistical / Econometrics / OR / Actuarial or related quantitative techniques across various functions of financial services
* Good technical depth and excellent analytical skills using SAS
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Candidates will be expected to successfully prioritize and manage multiple teams and analytical projects / ad-hoc requests to support business initiatives.
* Added Advantage :
