    Project : MANIFA CORE HYDROCARBON FACILITY PROJECT The project involves the development of the Manifa offshore oilfield and the construction and expansion of a new processing infrastructure to handle an additional 900,000bpd of Arabian heavy crude. There will also be production of sour gas, gas condensate (condensate production is estimated at 50,000bpd) and water. The processing infrastructure will include a gas-oil separation facility, crude stabilisation units and also additional separators. The project will also involve the expansion of the Khursaniyah gas facility for the sour gas processing requirements (estimated at 120 million cubic feet a day).

    Project : Oman Refinery Petrochemical Company (ORPC) EPCC for additional Main Column Steam Generator The Sohar refinery of Oman refineries and petrochemical company own and operate a grass root refinery with crude distillation unit to process 116.4 KBPSD (Kilo barrel per steam day).
    - Responsible for the renovation and refurbishment of both construction and engineering, including the construction of new facilities and the expansion of existing projects, Direct supervision of onsite contractors, Chairing meetings, Contract evaluation and award.

Khurais project consists of 4 Gas, 2 Gas train, 3 Oil Storage tanks, 5 CGT driven Sea Water Injection Pumps etc for Saudi Aramco being executed by Snamprogetti (A Company of Saipem).
    Scope of work :-
    Executed Test Packages, Walkthrough and exception items (Punch List) for 5 Nuovo Pignone make Gas Turbine with HRSG, 3 Macchi make Boilers, Pipe line, Raw & Fire Water tanks, and Auxiliary equipments, Structures, Instrumentation, Electrical and Civil also.
    - Responsible for establishing and gathering base data required from each discipline engineers and identify its system.
    - Preparing Test packages with engineering discipline, completion of Test package exception items, put enormous reliable pressure on contractor to complete the Test Packages exception items. Coordinate with Client, Contractor & Sub Contractor QA/QC, PMT and Construction group to complete the exception items with in specified time frame and Signoff the Packages.
    - Established an Integrated Monitoring System that monitors the daily progress status of Inspection Test Reports and punch items. Monitoring and controlling of punch items by SICON software.
    - Monitoring and controlling the generated punch items after Joint Walk Down with client and properly handling the documents and distribute a copy to concern contractors and discipline to clear the comments within a certain time as agreed.
    - Supporting management and staff to create their own successful proactive action especially target that is behind the schedule and become effective team member.
    - Attend meeting with client to discuss the major problems that may affect the system of being mechanically completed.

    Project- The Qatar Shell Pearl GTL project provides the platform for the growth of an entirely new industry with the GTL Fuels, in particular, opening up opportunities for new markets. Pearl GTL will be the world’s largest plant converting natural gas into 140,000 barrels per day of clean-burning liquid transport fuel and other products. The project will also produce 120,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day of natural gas liquids and ethane.
    Scope of work :-
    17 Numbers of SGP & HPS Reactors weight AT 1200 Tons each, Vessels, and Effluent Exchangers also internal fittings.
    - Carry out mechanical discipline and inter-discipline checks on contractor’s deliverables.
    - Provide weekly progress reports, including areas of concern, key activities / milestones, progress versus plan and activities look ahead and prepared site procurement report.
    - To supervise and participate in the inspection and testing of all equipment of process plants and provides analyses of equipment condition.
    - To review project FEED proposals and design documents regarding material selection and mechanical integrity, performs shop and field inspections and review QA/QC documents, method statements during execution.

    Project- The Kuwait Oil company Project enormous Crude Export Facilities Project forms part of a program to achieve a crude oil production capability of 3MMBOPD.The facilities require provision of additional 19 crude oil storage tanks, 5 new FMF, 1 new GMF, Onshore Pipelines (5 x 48", 1 x 56")), Power Substations, Pumping Station comprises crude oil export pumps, Metering Skid, Meter Prover Loops, New DCS Consoles, ESD, Offshore Submarine pipelines and CALM Buoys, The Project is Divided into 4 Portions (NTF, STF, NPP & MAA).
    Scope of work-
    Installation of equipments, Preservation, Quality Control (QC) for surge Tank, QC for equipments, prepares Method Statements, ITP, JHA as well as Pre startup of equipments.
    Static & Rotating equipment installation such as Crude Export Pump’s (Sulzar, capacity 16,860 m3/hr, type-HPDM 800 – 900 – 1d/40), Patterson and Flow serve make horizontal and Vertical pumps, Caterpillar make Diesel Generator’s, J Barnsley & DEMAG ( 5 to 60 Ton Capacity ) make Overhead crane & monorails, Petra make HVAC systems, Denial Make Metering skid, ABB make transformers, Crall make H2S Scrubber, AFE (Angus Fire Engineering USA) make Fire safety equipments, Crude Storage Tank fabrication (98,256 m3) with floating roof and Surge tank with fix dome roof.
    - Provide support to Project Teams in the preparation of Plans, drawings etc. required for the execution of project activities during different phases.
    - QC for surge tanks, Radiography tests, Plumbness test, welding inspection (fit up & Visual), Air leak Test, Vacuum Test, Settlement Inspection, Hydro test etc. are done for tanks.
