2. Review of tender document and understanding the scope of work and terminal points
3. Obtaining competitive quotations from the sub vendors
4. Preparation of proposal document and submission to clients
5. Follow-ups/discussions with customer/consultant to get the order
6. Negotiation and contract formulation
