Job Title : CAE Engineer

Description :
In this job you will undergo an initial training in finite element modeling and domain specific engineering analysis. Thereafter the engineer will be working on FE modeling and analysis projects under close supervision of team leads and engineering managers. With initiative and motivation the engineer can assume independent responsibility for simulation projects in Durability, NVH, Impact, Structural Optimization etc.
Responsibilities :
-Independently perform FE modeling/ analysis
-Do hand calculations for results validation
-Perform design optimization studies
-Co-ordinate with testing for results validation and correlation
Desired Profile :
-Strong background in Solid Mechanics, Plasticity, Engineering Materials Behavior, Dynamics (Vibration, Transient)
-Good understanding of Finite Element Theory (Linear and non-linear, Contact analysis, Frequency, Instability)
-Good analytical thinking and ability to solve engineering problems
-Exposure to FE modeling and analysis solvers such as HyperMesh, Abaqus, Ansys, Nastran etc. is helpful but not required
Requirements :
- 0-3 years experience. Freshers with ME/MTech may apply
Qualification :
-ME/ M.Tech in Mechanical/Aerospace/Applied Mechanics with good academic credentials. No prior work experience is required.
-BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical/Aerospace/Applied Mechanics with good academic credentials and 2+ years experience in FE Modeling/ Analysis and hand calculations.

Research & Developments :
Methodology
Performed R&D’s on various fluidization process in cold and hot model. Conducted lots of experiments and collected the data at respective time interval for proper graph plotation to find the point where we get minimum fluidization in cold condition. By using this data we are confined to find out the minimum fluidizing velocity of air to be fixed in actual gasification (as we cannot change in hot condition) when working in hot condition after inducing the temperature of at-least 9000Celsius. Reproducibility of results was thoroughly checked and successful results were obtained.
