Job Description :
** Research and data gathering of content providers, distributors, retailers, advertisement space sellers.
** Coordination with Distributors and Retailers for the distribution of The Business Enterprise Magazine
** Coordination on collecting the ‘returns’ and re-routing them as free copies to Airlines, Senior Executives of Corporations etc. in the respective cities
** Coordination with the media agencies, media buyers, media planners and freelance executives for space selling
** Serve as a one point contact for customers (prospective and existing)
** Effectively handle calls related to enquiries, feedback, complaints or for taking sales orders
** Support and provide superior service via phones, e-mails and faxes as a receiver
** Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects
** Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations
** Meet commitments to customers
** Ensure the leads or communications are passed effectively to the relevant function viz. sales, technical team etc.

Candidate Requirement :
** 0 to 2 yrs experience as a Personal Secretary, Customer Service Executive, Telephone Operator or Receptionist
** Excellent telephone manners
** Ability to handle telephone calls in the most patient and polite manner
** Exceptional language skills in English and preferably in Tamil and Hindi as well
** Hands on experience in MS-Office
** Ability to prepare and maintain customer database on spreadsheets (excel sheets)
** Compensation would be a maximum of Rs.15,000 per month
** Job Location : Chennai
