The scope broadly defines the quality control of site activities and certification of Pipeline as per specification and code requirements. The scope also covers the inspection, checking, certification review of materials as per the Standards in the tender and National/International standards.

ASNT Level II in UT, RT.

PROJECTS :
1) HINDUSTHAN ZINC LTD. (Driba, Rajasthan)- CPP (2 x 80 MW).
- Inspection of Weld Fit-ups and preparation of Welder's Qualification Test, WPS & PQR as per IBR, 1950.
- Witness of Hydro-test.
- Good knowledge of Equipment erection and alignment of CST, PV and TG.
- Checking of turbine and generator foundation and clearance with rotor.
- Checking of Boiler Feed Pump-Radial and axial alignments.
- Checking of Hydro test, pneumatic test, Kerosin test and air test of Duct.
- Station piping and pipeline including the inspection of Fabrication, O&M.
2) SHREE POWER LTD. (Beawar,Rajasthan)-WHRB & 2x50MW.
- Inspection of Weld Fit-ups and preparation of Welder's Qualification Test, WPS & PQR as per IBR, 1950.
- Witness of Hydro-test.
- Good knowledge of Equipment erection and alignment of CST, PV and TG.

The scope Includes Quality Control of site activities and certify the pipeline as per tender specification and code requirements, Review of Tender documents, Review and approve the QAP and testing / inspection procedure, Review the raw material Test certificates, Preparation of WPS and witness the PQR and welder performance test, Witness the all weld tests of Electrodes, Visual & Dimensional inspection of pipes, Witness of Hydro Test, Ultrasonic testing of pipes, Inspections of coating like, DFT check Holiday test, Bond test and visual inspection.

NATURE OF WORK :
- Inspection of Weld Fit-ups and preparation of Welder's Qualification Test, WPS & PQR.

Previously am working with the “Reliance Engineering Associates Ltd” – Jamnagar, which is EPC-Group Company of Reliance Industries Ltd. as a “Project Execution Engineer”. I am posted at the “Jamnagar Export Refinery Project” which is the world’s largest grass root refinery.

- Monitoring Welding activities as per WPS
- Visual inspection of completed welds in the pipe spool.
