- calibration commissioned of all equipment like level switch, level transmitter, vacuum transmitter, differential pressuretransmitter,pressure transmitter, differential pressure switch, pressure switch, pressure guage,rota meter, solenoid valve control valve.
- commissioned HP motor,LP motor, ash disposal motor, vacuum pump, clinker grinder motor, BA overflow pump, drain pump all feedback & all interlock and start/stop from plc.
- Handling the activities in Slurry disposal and fly ash System (WET & DRY Systems); including calculations, modification of P&I diagrams, Layouts G.A. drawings, I/O List of PLC System.
- PLC Programming and development of the HMI Pages for the easy operation for the operators and as per site requirements.
- C&I Erection, Commissioning & Testing of all the equipments & Instruments as per the Control write-Up.
