Responsibility :
This position is our first full time sales position. It will require extensive cold call prospective leads. Follow up on warm leads and Convert hot leads into sales Build a sales pipeline for offering product development and outsourcing based services.

Experience with strategic selling processes, and success in calling on senior level management.

Candidate Profile :
Proven record of achieving and exceeding established performance goals, along with demonstrated knowledge of territory management techniques.
Plan and implement local marketing strategies to maximize the revenue. Should understand the fundamentals of consultative selling.
Strong individual desire to "win", but must also understand the value of working and performing in a team environment.
He will also be responsible for managing the upcoming India Sales team.

Experience : 3-5 yrs.

Education : Any Graduate with MBA (Preferred)
