    General Manager – Flight Operations

    Job Title : General Manager – Flight Operations

    Skills :

    * Troubleshooting skills
    * Co – ordination Skills
    * Leadership Skills
    * Does have ability to act as mentor

    Attitude : * Emotionally stable.

    Experience/ Qualifications :

    Graduate in any discipline.
    10– 15 years experience of handling flight operations
    The incumbent must have expertise to troubleshoot delays in flight operation

    Job Responsibilities :

    The candidate would be responsible for :

    * Formulate crew utilization optimization plans.
    * Ensure compliance of Crew roster.
    * Analyze exceptional delays and trends due roistering of crew.
    * Ensure compliance with Government regulations and provisions, safety and operational considerations for Flight Operations
    * Ensure timely recruitment of flight crews to maintain operational reliability.
    * Provide inputs in respect of career planning & development. Initiate career plans for all employees of the Department with HR and ensure adherence.
    * Ensure compliance with Government regulations and provisions those relevant to Flight Safety and Flight Operations.
    * Coordinate all admin or operational functions of flight operations, Liason with DGCA/External agencies for Flight Operations.

    Salary : As per industry standards.
