Position :

Telecalling Operator (Full time; Location : Mumbai)

Requirements of the position :

* Minimum HSC Pass (Fresher to be considered as Trainees)
* Bachelor Degree – Communications, English and/or Computers (desired not compulsory)
* Fluency with general desktop productivity software
* Familiarity with web technology and comfortable with the Internet
* Very strong verbal communication skills and at least average writing skills
* Clear diction and clarity in speech (nasal voice, lisps, stammer etc to be avoided)
* Extremely detail oriented and ability to organize
* Problem-solving (innovation skills and creativity are desired)
* Should be familiar with effective objection handling
* At least 2 years experience developing the above skills. Experience must include some customer-facing job as well as marketing exposure

Essential Functions/Responsibilities (include but not limited to) :

* Attending to all customer calls and offering assistance
* Responsible for achieving daily and monthly collection target for the region
* Maintaining various reports related to Sales and accounts
* Responsible for daily deposition of payment collected
* In case call needs to be escalated, noting details and forwarding it to Head Office
* Coordinating with various functional heads
* Calling up members and explaining the benefits of Shaadi.com product and services
* Updating relevant remarks for the same and maintaining daily records and forwarding to Head Office as and when required
* Interfacing with walk-in customers, explaining them features of Shaadi.com as and converting them to Premium Membership
