Budgeting and Forecasting

o Responsible for developing & implementing monthly baseline operating plan at the beginning of each year (Detailed Bottoms-up Plan))
o Responsible for executing forecasting process on a monthly basis for revenue and estimated Variable Margins.
Cost Management and Variance Analysis
o Variance Analysis of Actual against Forecast and taking corrective actions to streamline it.
o Financial Analysis of Business performance through tracking of revenue, cost, headcount, Man-month, Pyramid, Bench and other direct & indirect costs of the Business Unit.
o Analysis of Business Metrics like Productivity, Efficiency and Utilization.
Pricing
o Prepare and review costing and pricing scenarios for contracts to ensure accuracy of pricing and appropriate margins.

Candidate Profile

Education : B.Com/ MBA /CA (Inter)/ICWA (Inter)

Experience : 2-4 years of relevant experience in Finance with any MNC.
