Job Description[LIST=1][*]Daily planning of manpower and equipment for internal logistics.[*]Ensuring overall safety of men & material.[*]Daily Tracking of indents and delivery of material to the customers.[*]Initiating the process of insurance claim, including insurance survey, in case of consignments getting damaged.[*]Ensure that the material movements are properly updated in ERP - SAP system.[*]Maintenance of records for inwards, outwards of materials.[*]Ensure the location accuracy and stock accuracy in warehouse by physical audits and maintaining high operational disciplines Maintenance of stores , monitoring inventory which include receipts, storage, issue, maintenance of records, inventory control, etc and interdepartmental interfaces with logistics and accounts. Stores operation, Store keeping.[*]Purchase management reporting preparation of documentation, cost reduction.[*]Manage warehouse, inventory control, and preparation of computerized sales report on daily basis, invoicing, co-ordination with logistics, supply chain and sales department, computerized environment in area of Purchase, Receiving & Stores.[*]Will look after all commercial functions relating to logistics, supply chain, stores, excise, personnel & administration, sales tax, co-ordination with HO, system development & ERP implementation.
