* To manage the health related work of the MMU, ensuring that the desired services are provided
* Make home visits for the patients who cannot come to the MMU centre / site
* To provide group counselling to elders at the MMU sites on the health issues
* To ensure that MMU reports, records, registers and other related documents are filled, maintained and updated

The successful candidate should be :-

* MBBS, MD in geriatrics or medicine with at least 4-5 years of experience.
* Should have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Knowledge of local language is essential.
* Should be computer savvy
* Should be sensitive to the cause of the organization

Currently working in Ventri Biologicals Vaccine Division of Venkateshwara Hatcheries Pvt. Ltd. at Rajiv Gandhi International Biotech Park Phase II, Hinjewadi, Pune.

Joining Date: 02 August 2008.
Working for the Production of Viral Vaccine, Infectious Bursal Disease Vaccine (IBDV) which is cell culture based Vaccine.
Work during IBD vaccine production:- Collection of embryo (chicken embryo), crushing of embryo, Trypsinization (Warm), cell counting, media preparation (MEM) & inoculum preparation. This vaccine is then inactivated using Formalin. Filtration is done by Depth Filter (Millipore) for pure harvest. Concentration of pure harvest is done by using Tangential filter (Cassette filter, Millipore).
Engaged with Quality Control (QC) work- In Process Sterility Testing of the vaccine while production, area monitoring & air sampling of the production area.
Also see the documentation of BMR, BPR. Daily record maintenance of material utilization & check of instruments. Well acquainted with GMP and GLP regulation.
Have done validation of Autoclave (Double Door) under the guidance of validation team.
