POSITION : MANAGER – LEGAL / SR. MANAGER - LEGAL

POSITION CHARTER :

The incumbent will be responsible for all activities related to :

• Preparation and evaluation of Tenders including special and general conditions of contract, Proposals, EPC and EPCM Contracts, etc.
• Structuring, drafting, negotiating and settling contracts with the Clients.
• Preparation and scruitinization technical know-how agreements, consortium agreements, joint venture agreements and secrecy agreements, etc.
• Identification of risk and establish a risk management mechanism which is aligned to the strategic planning process of the organization and embedded to the business process of the Company, etc.
• Responsible for coordination with solicitors, counsels and consultants for opinions, clarifications, litigations matters, etc.
• The incumbent should have knowledge in handling matters related to Corporate and Labour laws, indirect taxation and other commercial laws.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

• The ideal candidate must have at least 10-12 years of experience in EPC Companies with strong contracting experience in Indian and International contracts.
• He or She will have led the legal function at least medium level companies.
• Should be a person who has the drive, initiative and be a problem solver.
