Ensure that field-subordinates are well trained, updated & sufficiently motivated.Providing Mkt feedback to H.O Achieve regional sales goals by providing direction & effectively monitoring activities of DSMs & BDMs.Primary sales & distributor orders collection. Ensure imp of sales strategies in the region. Manage regional budget & control field sales expenses

    JOB TITLE : Divisional Sales Manager
    JOB DESCRIPTION :
    Openings at Delhi,Ludhiana,Muzaffarpur,Patna,Jodhpur,Kota,Ahmedabad, Karnal,Agra,Aligarh &Varanasi. DSM would be responsible for developing new sales counter & managing business growth.Plan and follow all aspects of business developmentMonitoring activities of BDMs, Primary sales & distributor orders collection. Ensure achievement of sales targets every month through effective strategy implementation.Stock Management & Business report. Basic knowledge of computers/Internet operation. Other field related activities
