Video Codec Engineer [Code : VCE-BLR-01]

Essential Duties :
* Participate in the development of the software architecture and specification.
* Develop and implement real-time video algorithms for our codecs.
* Work closely with other team members to quickly integrate fully functional products.
* Function within a highly talented specialized team environment with limited supervision to accomplish project tasks.

Qualifications :
* MUST have BSEE (MS preferred) and 2+ years of related experience.

Required Experience :
* Experience in image/video algorithm development and real-time C/DSP programming..
* Extensive experience with MPEG-2, MPEG-4, H.263 and H.264 video codec..
* Expertise in motion estimation, rate control, noise reduction, and video scaling..
* Strong DSP skills (TIC64x, ARM,).
* Software design skills, C, object oriented programming, (UML), assembly language (MMX).
* Familiar with fixed points DSP.

Hardware Codec Engineer [Code : HCE-BLR-01]

Essential Duties :
* Co-Responsible for all aspects of our next generation A/V codec HW integration.
* Building basic modules of H.264 and Integration
* FPGA prototyping and verification.

Qualifications :
* MUST have BSEE (MS preferred) and 2+ years of related experience.

Required Experience :
* Experience in Front-end ASIC design and verification.
* Knowledge of audio/video standards (MPEG or H263, H264), SOC architectures, and/or board-level integration.
* Familiarity with Verification process and FPGA prototyping.
