* Certain level of technical understanding is also required.
* Work with Customers (internal and external) to understand the new requirements, business problems and issues in the current system
* Research and Analysis of Industry Standards and norms in the respective functional areas
* Craft the best possible solutions for the new requirements as well as problems in current system
* Work with Development team and have the solutions implemented
* Verify the implemented solutions and deliver to the clients
* Work on Use cases and Test Cases
* Guide QA Team for Functional Testing
* Staying in top of Competitive Analysis
* Team Management and Leadership Abilities
* Should be able to handle US projects directly and can fly to US for Client Meetings
