Senior Mobile Developer

LOCATION : Bhopal

A Senior Mobile J2ME Developer shall be responsible for designing and developing software API and several engines with your team members as a team leader. The applicant should be a Bachelors Degree or Degree in JAVA J2ME, symbian or should be a BE / B.Tech, B Sc, BCA, M Sc, MCA, ME, M.Tech Experience in Mobile Java development and in programming with Windows Mobile/Nokia Symbian is necessary. Familiarity with design patterns, best practices and software methodologies, with serverside (J2EE/Hibernate/Spring or Ruby on Rails) and database (SQLite, Oracle 10g, MySQL) and multiple dev platforms like Linux, Mac and Windows will be an added advantage.

QA Engineer

LOCATION : Bhopal

The QA Engineer will be required to generate test plans and procedures for new development and feature changes, execution of test procedures, development of testing tools, manage bug tracking system, lead bug review sessions, and management of Build Process. The ideal candidate should have experience with Web based automation testing tools and metrics, have a user experience in Linux/Unix environment with CVS, SVN with TCL, Python or bash scripting. Experience of testing components of large Internet based applications and a working knowledge of database will be an added advantage. Working knowledge of DB.

Senior Java Developer

LOCATION: Bhopal

The senior java developer will have to work on new and existing applications along with enhancing web sites, web services and widgets. He will perform hands-on coding, mentor junior developers and will assists in architecting web content solutions. The desired candidate should have a minimum of three years experience in Java, JSP, JDBC, Hibernate, Spring, Java Servlets, JavaBeans, JavaScript, HTML, Struts, Tomcat, Apache, MySQL and J2EE web environment on Linux platform. Expertise in server-side web presentation technologies will be an added advantage. The candidate must be a team player and capable of leading a team.

Junior Java Developer

LOCATION: Bhopal

AKG requires junior java developers for technical leads in design and implementation. The applicant should be a B.E /B,Tech/MCA with above 70 % marks. Programming skills in Java, HTML/HTTP, Web applications and services, would be a benefit. Sun Certified/Cisco Certified/CDAC certified Java candidates are preferred.

Web Designer

LOCATION : Bhopal

The web designer’s profile calls for working independently on projects in HTML/XHTML (DIV), Adobe, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator & After Effects, Maya, 3D Studio Max and also creatively work on new website designs with Web 2.0 Standards. As a talented designer he should be creative with the ability to conceptualize and visualize website layouts with the use of good colours. Meeting deadlines with the help of time management and good communications skills is an essential requirement.

Social Media Manager

LOCATION : Mumbai

The social media manager will be responsible for executing online social media & video seeding campaigns. The job entails executing social marketing campaigns that drive online video views on NyooTV.com. Build Strategies and proposals for implementing effective Social media campaigns that drive online video views on Nyootv.com. He would be responsible for online media research & marketing apart from maintaining company account in social networking sites. Title : REPUTATION BASED RESOURCE ALLOCATION IN P2P
SYSTEMS USING RATIONAL USERS
Objective
We presented a complete methodology for motivating peers to contribute their resources in a loaded network where the capacity-limited access link of each peer is shared among his download and upload streams.
Proposed reputation-based allocation protocol significantly improves the performance of peers under the related work in over heterogeneous systems and even in more general systems where parallel downloads and uploads take place and peers with different request generation profiles exist.
It further exhibits significant advantages over Bit-Torrent protocol which lacks of a dynamic capacity allocation algorithm for single capacity- limited link peers to help them improve their performance, and fails to deter misbehavior and motivate seeds to remain and contribute in the system.
