    Description: To lead, manage and be responsible for end-to-end HR function of the entire Group To introduce and implement best HR practices, policies and processes. Develop high performance HR team to manage 2000+ employees Framing and implementing an Employee Value Proposition as part of employee acquisition and retention strategy. People Development by fostering and enabling culture that encourages coaching, counselling and Performance feedback. Implement and further strengthen a robust PMS Process. Competency Mapping and Career Management through assessment and development centers Employee development through training and OD interventions. Be a strategic 'thought partner' to the Business Heads and collaborate for effective business delivery. Compensation system and review mechanism Play a major role in cascading and inculcating 'Corporate Brand Values Develop and maintain close relationships within as well as outside the organisation. Desired Candidate Profile:MBA / PGDBM (HR) with 15-20 years of experience of managing 2000+ employees out of which at least 5 years in a similar position Age - 40 to 45 Years Prior work experience in Pharmaceutical sector is a plus. Good Leadership, Analytical, Presentation and Communication skills Good MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point), Internet, E-mail skills. Local candidates/ those who can join at an early date will be preferred. Candidates with lesser experience may apply for an appropriate position.
