To analyze, plan, design, delivery and assessment of client training initiatives and train the New Hire batches.

Experience: Minimum 4+ yrs relevant experience of Training in Collections & Sales, preferably from a domestic background

Understand curriculum design methodology and approaches and develop classroom strategies
Manage assigned resources
Ownership of training in the assigned program(s)
Implementation & effective training delivery for new hire
Identify learning needs from the production environment to improve training delivery
Manage transition
Provide delivery support as appropriate during peer training
Identify development areas and additional training needs based on trainee performance and feedback (Readiness Recommendation)
Responsible for Transition Trackers
Be part of calibration and operational team meetings
