Position : Quality Assurance Engineer

Serus Corporation, an industry leader in the emerging category of Intelligent Operations Management software, is looking for a highly motivated and talented Quality Assurance (QA) engineer to join its team in Bangalore and contribute to delivering products of the very highest quality, to customers.

Key responsibilities :

* Author and execute technical test cases to thoroughly test the design and operation of application functionality
* Implement processes for manual and automated software testing
* Work with development teams through the software development lifecycle to ensure the product is delivered with the highest quality
* Work with support and deployment teams to resolve issues and provide QA support as needed
* Willing to travel internationally if required

Required qualifications and skills :

* BS degree in any discipline from a reputed institution
* Should have 3-7 yrs of experience
* Solid understanding of SDLC, good testing practices and documentation standards
* Ability to write creative and technical test cases that truly test the design of the application functions
* Experience in hand-on manual and automation software testing
* Responsible for the development and execution of test scenarios and test cases
* Hands on experience with selenium automated testing tools
* Proficient in testing Web Applications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Should be flexible to accommodate to various time zones and work effectively in a team constituting of members from around the globe
* Should have Process Oriented Approach and deliver in time with quality
* Understanding of JAVA is a plus
* Experience writing Sql queries as part of test cases is a plus
* Experience with Regression test automation is a plus
* Supply chain management Domain Knowledge is a plus
