Job Description : Business Development for Waveaxis Technologies Pvt. Ltd..
Roles & Responsibilities :
Generation of leads through various marketing activities, cold calling and networking
Prospecting / identification of opportunities, customer presentations, managing RFI / RFP responses, and winning opportunities for the services offered.
Achieve set targets in terms of revenue, profitability and other result areas for the given period.
Interface with Pre-sales, Delivery teams in India.
Identify potential off-shoring / outsourcing leads, develop relationships with potential clients through personal meetings, presentations and business gatherings.
Assist in eliciting and specifying high-level business requirement specifications of the client for proposal preparation and project plan to the offshore delivery team.
Management of new accounts.
Skills Required :
The candidate should possess excellent Expertise in development of client Base.
Experience in CAD And Engineering Analysis Software.
The candidate should have experience in managing lead generation through various channels.
The candidate must have good experience in business development through cold calling.
Should expand the market to US or European markets.
Excellent direct sales experience
Good expertise in Team Development/Management.
Good experience in Strategic Planning and business development.
Prepare presentations/documents needed for Sales proposals or collaterals.
Established Contacts within the areas of the company's expertise.
Marketing and promotional skills
Should have had revenue target responsibility in prior companies
Excellent communication, analysis, documentation and time management skills.
Excellent Customer Service ethic/skills.
Ability to adapt to changes in fast moving environment, based on customer requirements.
Experience of operating in a global development environment is preferred
Minimum Experience : 2 years
