    Academic Background and Key Experience Requirements :
    1. MBA/PGDBM-HR/IR
    2. Minimum 15 – 25 years

    Roles and Responsibilities :
    1. Evolve business linked HR Processes.
    2. Implement and Institutionalize HR systems and Processes.
    3. Ensure talent acquisition, development, Motivation, Retention.
    4. Responsible for compensation, payroll and administration and functions.
    5. People Management and people development.
    6. Design robust performance Management systems with alignment to organizational goal.
    7. Inculcate performance culture at all levels of employees.
    8. Spear head training and development activities across group.
    9. Improve employee satisfaction and organizational climate.
    10. Laisioning with statuary/government wings and ensure statutory compliance.
    11. Implementation of statutory compliances and statutory audits of all office and factory locations
    12. Advice & assist in managing the social and political pressures at the units
    13. Employee Counseling systems - Communication systems for facilitating two way interaction with employees
    14. Make SUJANA " GREAT PLACE TO WORK" in defined time frame.
