Academic Background and Key Experience Requirements :
1. Diploma in Civil Engineering
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field.

Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Educate customer on unloading, reading shop drawing etc.
2. Day-to-day monitoring of customer service delivery
3. Develop and manage customer relationship to improve customer satisfaction
4. Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
5. Represent the desired market image of Sujana to the desired customer base
6. Ensure minimum waste - Off-cut & Scrap

Desired profile:
1. Auto CAD, RCC Rebar Detailing.
2. Complete understanding of steel operations
3. Excel, Word and Power point skills required and email etiquettes.
4. Strong in Communication & Interpersonal skills
5. Ability to lead and motivate a highly capable team
6. Very strong work ethic and negotiation skills
7. Management capability to organize and develop account plans and business plans and analyze performance against these plans
