Qualifications and desirables :

* Should have a minimum of Bachelors degree in Computer Science from a reputable university with an outstanding academic record

* Should have 5+ years (after Bachelors) or 3+ years (after Masters) of software development experience working in different J2EE technologies.

* The person should have the ability to design and develop software prototypes without much supervision

* Must have in-depth knowledge in the areas of JSP, Servlets, Struts, JavaScript, AJAX, Spring, EJB, JDBC and XML. Must have hands-on experience in deploying applications in any of the servers like Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere. Experience in developing web widgets will be added advantage.
