In S.A.P System Software & DUO System Software my responsibilities
- Set Top Box and Smart Card Stock Handling in Duo System & S.A.P. System.. Taking in stock, deploying physically paired STBs in SMS System, as per requisitions, to Distributors / LCOs along with the list of serial numbers.
- Making STB ready to use : Physically pairing STB + Smart Card, maintaining serial numbers and forwarding for activation.
- SAF Accuracy : Prepare SAF with correct STB & Smart Card serial number labels, issue to Distributors/LCOs, and get back the same duly filled by the Subscribers.
- Database Management : Scanning of issued and returned STB + Smart Card, maintaining database of the same and reporting to concerned people for revenue collection.
- STB + Smart Cards Stacking : Scanning and stacking of Fresh, Faulty, Returned ready to issue STBs at different locations.
- Interacting with Area Heads and Distributors, LCOs in connection with the deployment of STBs, Arrangement of necessary documents like requisition, gate pass, delivery address, transportation and manpower to execute the job. Receiving of returned STBs from Distributors and LCOs, scanning them, segregating fresh, used, damaged and faulty STBs and stacking them properly. Despairing of return STBs and reissuing of fresh returned STB as per actual process (i.e. physically pairing). Transportation and Manpower arrangement for deployment of STBs.
- Maintain records of STB LOGISTIC TRANSFERS for Corporate and Mumbai region. Through Transfer note, good issue and good receive.
- Maintain region wise inventory records.
- Maintain distributor level records for all India level.
- Maintain supplier documents and collate all details
- Additional responsibility for uploading all data in Duo System & S.A.P. System.
