Description :
The person will report directly to the Manager of HR Global Tools under HR Global Shared Service Center and will be responsible in managing the service delivery of a learning program.
* Acts as the immediate manager of the Learning Administrators
* In-charge of the day-to-day program operations and ensures adherence to service delivery targets
* Builds and promotes good working relationships with the different Ericsson Regional Units, Learning professionals, vendors and other stakeholders

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT :
