    Key Job Responsibility :
    Call Handling
    Ø Handles complaint calls and registers them and follows-up to ensure it gets closed within 48hrs.
    Ø Ensures the target of a minimum of 150calls is achieved
    Ø Organize for priority deliveries in co-ordination with operations team
    Ø Maintain MIS
    Ø Ensure calls are picked-up within 3 rings.
    Ø Speak to customers to create awareness about all our Products.
    Ensure Sales Leads - 5 leads per month is achieved as per target.Ensure top 20 clients are visited every month and the rest once in 3months.

    Desired Profile :
    Should posses excellent communication skills. Good knowledge in computers. Good knowledge of geography.

    Key Responsibility Areas:
    - Managing Team of 12 On- Roll CSE’s for the outbound verification process of Hdfc Ergo General Insurance Ltd. The CSE’s are directly responsible for the verification call to customers of Hdfc Bank credit card holders for their Health Insurance Policies..
