** Study of the tender document and material requisition and technical requirements.
** Inspection of incoming raw materials.
** To conduct welder Qualification Test (WQT).
** Maintains a record of all welders’ activities and required issues a warning letter to welder with continues repair.
** Follows inspection and test plan for the welding works and carries out the varies stage inspection.
** To carry out NDT.
** Prepare detail of field Inspection requirements or activities in accordance with the specification, STD other applicable codes and standards of contract.
** Plan and establish general and individual procedure for the inspection for each work category.
** Hold pre-inspection and inspection meetings as required with all the parties concerned.
** Perform Inspection and document review maintains regular contact with the company including reporting all field inspection activities.
** Prepare the reports detailing the result of specialize tests and inspections.
** Visual inspection on weld mends during fabrication.
** Inspection of boiler fabricated parts like ducts, sheet metal, and structural.
** Carried out MT, PT in all components.
** Having knowledge about film review.
** Maintain the history cards for all components.

WELDING :
** Review of filler metal batch certificate as per project requirement.
** Inspection of fit up, root ,visual ,final inspection, preheat, post heat and inter pass temperature during welding as per the relevant WPS.
** Inspection cleaning during each welding process.

PIPING :
** Inspection of piping materials as per project requirement
** Inspection of positive material identification as per project requirements.
** Inspection of pipelines as per approved and relevant drawings.
** Witnessing of loop Hydro test, pneumatic test.
