    We are looking for outstanding Customer Support Executives. You need to have :

    * Complete comfort with computers and the Internet
    * Fluency in English, Hindi and Tamil
    * Great written and verbal communication skills
    * The ability to listen carefully to customers
    * A happy, pleasing personality
    * The ability to ensure that projects are completed with minimal management or instruction
    * Previous customer support experience is a plus

    What you will do :

    * Respond to users' e-mail queries
    * Respond to queries on our online forums, chat
    * Handle customer support phone calls
    * Train new customers when they sign-up
    * Coordinate with the engineering team to get customer issues resolved
