Job Description :

Job Responsibilities :
> Collect Orders for Spare Parts from all overseas distributors and dealerships on a monthly basis
> Issue Pro-Forma Invoices to all distributors based on the orders made for confirmation of orders and price before loading the order into SAP system for order execution
> Collate all orders segregate on the basis of bought out spares, in-house components and proprietary items
> Provide the orders as forecast for the next month to the spare parts department for indent submission to the materials department
> Follow up on a daily basis for picking and packing of the items and work in close coordination with vehicle dispatch to ensure that the spare part orders are ready for dispatch along with the motorcycles
> Answer the queries from distributors relating to Spare parts availability, status of back orders, price for parts, updation of part numbers, changes in parts for motorcylces
> Keep in touch with Service department for the updated version of parts, part numbers and compatibility of old vs new
> Work on the prices for new parts based on cost and margin structure approved for exports spares business under guidance from supervisor
> Provide weekly reports on status of orders, dispatch and accounts receivable to supervisor
> Ensure packing audit for one consignment every month in coordination with Spare parts dept
> Receive and process claims for Spare parts worng supply, short supply and wrong invoicing
> Plan a 3 month rolling forecast for indent of spare parts for supply based on the available historical sales data
> Achieve the required business volume and value every month, taking care to ensure that the line item wise execution is upwards of 90% for each order within the given timeframe for order execution

“Design and Development of Split Cycle Engine” the progress of automobiles for transportation has been intimately associated with the progress of civilization. The automobile of today is the result of the accumulation of many years of pioneering research and development.
Brief Overview Of Project :
Split-cycle engines separate the four strokes of intake, compression, power, and exhaust into two separate but paired cylinders. The first cylinder is used for intake and compression. The

Compressed air is then transferred through a crossover passage from the compression cylinder into the second cylinder, where combustion and exhaust occur. A split-cycle engine is really an air compressor on one side with a combustion chamber on the other.

Main Project Title :
“Design and development of Turbo Charger used in two wheelers” an attempt has been made in this project; the exhaust gas is used to rotate the turbine, which in turn to rotate the impeller connected it. Our fore most aim in selecting this project is to use efficiency turbo charging. It is also good with regard to economical considerations and engine efficiency.

Brief Overview of Project :
Turbo-charging, simply, is a method of increasing the output of the engine without increasing its size. This turbine compressed the air that went on to the combustion chamber, thus ensuring a bigger explosion and an incremental boost in power.
