Experience : Approximately 10 years in Mass Production Engineering industry.
Must have handled workforce more than 100 as a 1st line supervisor in TQM environment. This is a key position with predefined growth for the right candidate.
The responsibilities involve carrying people to achieve day to day production targets effectively.
The key attributes to this position are Team player with problem solving skills, Truly Caring & Open minded person in early 30’s.
Should be able to drive people to achieve production targets by promoting Toyota Production Principles in a safe way & by building disciplined work force.
Must be a strong believer of “Improved Quality means Reduced Cost”. Should be capable of developing “Pokayoke”, good team leaders & be able to train team members to contribute through “Kaizen”.
Should be able to develop & implement time standards after establishing cycle work. Exposure to ISO systems, 6 Sigma, CE Marking & ERP will be an added advantage.
